Terracad has the ability to prepare many different corporate presentations.  We help our clients tailor their material by considering the prospective audience, the appropriate amount of information to be presented, and the best format (PowerPoint, written text, mixed media).  We strive to achieve the best presentation. 

We design presentations for Print media, Website (Flash or Html pages) and Email purposes, as well as trade show booth banners and brochures, and special purpose promotional items.  We design company logos and other signature items for corporate identification (branding) purposes.

Terracad has been instrumental in helping guide several companies through the regulatory process of becoming reporting issuers listed on the TSX - Venture Exchange.  We can advise regarding QT (Qualifying Transactions), IPO (Initial Public Offering) and RTO (Reverse Takeover) procedures.  Our experience is available to our clients and will greatly assist them in obtaining regulatory approvals in the shortest possible time while helping conserve their funds for property work. 

Terracad works closely with the client's technical personnel to help achieve corporate success:  we can assist in property acquisition, title/tenure assurrance, compilation of historic data, property inspections, recommendations and cost forecasts.  Our consulting services are particularly useful to clients who have not yet set up their own payroll, EI, WCB, and CRA(?) accounts.  Furthermore we work closely with the client in selecting sub-contractors and obtaining quotations for projects.
